Park Consult is a commercial surveying company that is focused exclusively on the car parking sector. Based in Derby, the business may be new but our experience is not.
Richard Ofield is launching Park Consult to advise surveyors, landowners, developers and businesses throughout the UK on all aspects of car parking.
Richard has over 15 years of experience working in the commercial property market, having undertaken asset management and business development roles at Clowes Developments, Henry Boot Developments and Excel Parking Services.
His unique blend of experience puts Richard in a position to launch this niche company and deals have already been secured for clients across the length and breadth of the UK.
Richard said “Car parks are a part of most people’s daily lives, yet until now expertise in the car park sector from a commercial property perspective has been difficult to find.
“Park Consult bridges that gap and offers much sought-after specialist car park advice and a site acquisition service.
“We are hitting the ground running with two high-profile clients already secured and a strong interest from the property industry for our specialist car parking advice and insight.”
