Modular construction design involves building developments above existing car parks to increase parking capacity, provide commercial and residential space, solar power generation and storage. This in turn will drive greater use and possibly revenue through the car park.
Further revenue and power generation opportunities exist to power the development or store electricity and sell it back to the grid.
